Loan Disclosure Checklists
Depending on the loan types (Conv., FHA, VA) and purposes (Purchase or Refinance), make sure you have everything you need to submit. Here are the breakdowns for each pairing of type and purpose. Click the Submit Disclosures button at the bottom when you’re ready.

Loan Application
We will need the completed Application singed and dated by the Loan Officer on the day of Submission.

DO/DU Findings
The DO/DU results will need to be included in the submission

Credit Report
Make sure the loan has the most recent Credit Report for each borrower. You can reissue the credit report into the loan through our Portal.

Purchase Contract
Every purchase loan needs a purchase contract.

Please include a current Hazard Insurance Quote and make sure it has the Renew Lending Loan Number and the Mortgagee listed as

Title Fees
Your Processor should open Title & Escrow before submission. You should already have your loan number so you can provide Title and Escrow with the loan number and Mortgagee Info.
